The Husky 159503 XS® nozzle is designed for reliable fuel dispensing in demanding fueling environments. This pressure activated fuel nozzle improves safety while maintaining smooth and accurate operation. Additionally, its automatic shut-off system helps reduce fuel waste and unwanted spills during dispensing.
The nozzle automatically stops fuel flow under several operating conditions. It shuts off when the fuel tank reaches capacity or when the pump stops running. Furthermore, the system prevents dispensing if the lever activates before pump startup. It also reacts if the leak detector test cycle remains incomplete.
The stainless steel reinforced spout bushing improves long-term durability during daily fueling operations. As a result, the spout tip stays round while protecting the sensor from accidental damage. Meanwhile, the StreamShaper® design creates straighter fuel flow and reduces splash back at the fill point.
The integrated Flo-Stop® device adds another layer of operational protection. It immediately stops fuel flow if the nozzle falls from the fill tank. Likewise, it activates when the nozzle rises above the horizontal position during fueling.
