The Fleetguard CV50633 is the genuine OE crankcase ventilation filter element for Cummins ISX and ISM engines, manufactured by Cummins Filtration. The high-efficiency coalescing element separates oil mist from blow-by gases before they recirculate into the intake, protecting the turbocharger, charge air cooler, and intake manifold from oil contamination. Replaces Cummins 4312011 and 3683918.
