Description
Improved Racing’s drain kit makes draining draining your catch can easy in tight engine bays where the catch can is not easily accessible.
This kit includes a bottom cap with a -6AN female O-ring boss port and a replacement O-ring. Please note that only our Gen 2 CCS catch cans have the modular, removable bottom cap. If you have a Gen 1 can with a solid bottom, contact us to purchase a Gen 2 reservoir. If you have a Gen 1 can with an existing drain port, you won’t need to use the replacement bottom cap.
Parts Included
- 1 x 304 Stainless Steel mini ball valve with 3/8″ barbs, PTFE race, FKM (Viton) seals.
- 5 ft PH1-06 emissions friendly SAE J30 R9 push-lock hose (cut to length needed).
- 1 x -6 straight O-ring boss thread for to 3/8″ hose barb for adapting the hose to the can.
- 3 x Single ear stainless steel hose clamps for crimping the hose end and valve to the hose (optional, but recommended).
- 1 x Worm clamp (for installation where valve needs to be removable)
- 1 x Cushioned clamp to secure the end of the hose to the vehicle, so it stays put.
- 1 x CCS-26 modular catch can bottom cap with -6AN female O-ring boss port.
- 1 x replacement O-ring for modular bottom cap.
Applications
- Designed for use with the CCS series oil catch cans (Gen 1 CCS-351 and any Gen 2 can).
- May also be used with any -6AN female O-ring boss port or 3/8″ hose barb.
