RaceFlux silicone cold shrink seals are used to create a dustproof and waterproof seal on the ends of our silicone-fiberglass heat protection sleeves (HS1 series heat sleeves).

Slide over the hose
Slide the seal over the hose, making sure the pull tail faces the direction of the arrow.

Align the seal
Align the left side of the sleeve, facing the fitting, where you want the seal to begin.

Pull to shrink
Hold the hose and seal steady with one hand, then pull the tail of the inner plastic support in the direction of the arrow.

Sealed & ready
The seal shrinks into place on its own, no heat gun needed, sealed and ready to go.

More Seal, More Uses
Use it on any type of heat sleeve, abrasion resistant braided sleeve, or corrugated plastic tubing to prevent the sleeve from fraying. Perfect for both hoses and wiring harnesses.

- 45mm unshrunk I.D. fits up to -16AN hoses (1.25″ OD) with silicone-fiberglass heat sleeving installed.
- Shrinks down to a 12 mm I.D.
- Fire retardant and resistant to most chemicals and automotive fluids.
- -58°F (-50°C) minimum continuous operating temps.
- 392°F (200°C) maximum continuous operating temps.
