Description
Convert your LS steam port to -3AN. This kit includes the side exit -3AN male flare, the retainer that clamps it to the cylinder head, the mounting screw, and the port o-ring.
The low profile 90 degree side exit rotates to aim the line exactly where it needs to go, then sets in place once the retainer screw is torqued down.
Why Steam Ports Matter
GM’s LS steam ports exist to bleed trapped air and steam from the highest points of the cylinder heads, the same air pockets you’re chasing when you burp the cooling system during a fill or after service.
Left trapped, that air collects at the back of the heads and creates hot spots that raise the risk of detonation and uneven combustion across cylinders.
