1967 – 1969 Camaro QA1 Subframe Connector Kit
The 67, 68 and 69 Camaro was designed in an era when high-performance driving and modern tire technology weren’t as prevalent. Their unibody chassis, while innovative at the time, can flex and twist under stress, particularly when cornering aggressively or accelerating hard. QA1’s bolt-in sub-frame connectors offer a simple and effective solution to this common issue.
QA1’s sub-frame connectors tackle the flex issue by increasing frame rigidity, leading to a significant improvement in handling performance, especially during cornering, acceleration, and braking. The tubular design connects the front Camaro subframe to the rear subframe, providing additional structural support and stiffness to the chassis.
The included solid body mounts further reduce chassis flex. Their aluminum construction offers a noise free alternative to polyurethane. The QA1 subframe connector contours to follow the body lines for a factory-like look without sacrificing ground clearance. Bolt-in installation makes the upgrade hassle-free.
