The PAI 141281E (Excel-brand) is a 44-quart stamped-steel rear sump oil pan for Cummins 855 (Small Cam through Big Cam IV) and N14 (Celect / Celect Plus) diesel engines. Direct replacement for Cummins 3031959 with prominent sealing ridges that hold a leak-free seal between pan, gasket, and block. Pan ships bare — mounting gasket kit (PAI 131394 / Cummins 3804303) sold separately.
