PAI 131482 is a complete upper engine gasket set for Cummins M11, ISM, and L10E 10.8L diesel engines. The kit ships everything needed for an upper-end reseal: head gasket, valve cover, exhaust manifold gaskets (qty 6), turbocharger mounting and oil-line seals, plus the full O-ring and screw kit. Direct replacement for Cummins 4089478.
