Description
This is the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose that connects the valley cover to the intake manifold. This hose is required when swapping to the LS6 and later engine valley covers from an LS1 valley cover.
This is a genuine GM part.

Applications
- Fits all 2004+ GM LS family engines with valley cover PCV breathers and that do NOT require a PCV valve, including the LS2, LS4, LS6, and LS7. Please note that 2001-2003 LS6 engines REQUIRE a PCV valve hose.
- LS1 engines may use this hose by swapping to the 2004+ LS6 valley cover, part 12577927.
