Description
PAI 336012 is a rear crankshaft seal with an integrated wear sleeve for Caterpillar 3406, 3406B, 3406C, 3406E, 3408, 3412, C15, C15 ACERT, C16, and C18 engines, replacing CAT 142-5868. The blue-jacketed seal is sized 6.06 in ID x 7.34 in OD x 0.75 in wide and is configured for counter-clockwise crankshaft rotation, sealing the rear main against bellhousing oil leaks during a clutch / flywheel reseal or in-frame rebuild.
