- The oversized stem fills the injury while the fabric-reinforced cap restores the integrity to the tire
- Both the stem and cap permanently vulcanize to the tire with TECH’s thick chemical cushion gum
- Best used with TECH’s Vulcanizing Fluid, Security Coat, and Bead Sealer
