Axalta™ Etch Primer Low VOC 425 is a two-component adhesion promoter that promotes adhesion and serves as a passivating pretreatment of metal substrates, especially aluminum and top-grade steel. Axalta Etch Primer Low VOC 425 must be used as part of a three-product system.
