Description
Genuine Bosch 69909 electric fuel lift pump (also marketed under the earlier Bosch 69136 service number) for 1998–2003 Ford Super Duty trucks, Excursion, and Econoline equipped with the 7.3L Power Stroke diesel. Bosch is the OE supplier for this frame-rail-mounted, driver’s-side roller-vane pump that draws from the tank and feeds the fuel bowl and HEUI injection system. Direct replacement for Ford F81Z-9C407-AC and Bosch 0 580 464 074.

Installation Notes
- Located on the driver’s-side frame rail between the fuel tank and engine
- Transfer mounting bracket, isolator pad, outlet fitting, and wiring pigtail from the old pump
- Replace the fuel filter at the same time
- Inspect fuel lines for cracks, kinks, or collapsed sections
