Description
The Davco 103111 is a 2-pin water-in-fuel (WIF) sensor that threads into the bottom of Davco Fuel Pro and Diesel Pro fuel/water separator housings to detect accumulated water in the bowl and trigger the in-cab warning. The sensor uses a Tyco/AMP-style connector with a 1/2″-20 UNF thread and a 3.25 in. harness pigtail, and is the OEM service replacement on Paccar (Kenworth, Peterbilt) Fuel Pro 382 installations.
Signs You Need a New Water-in-Fuel Sensor
- No water-in-fuel warning light when water is visible in the Davco bowl
- Constant water-in-fuel warning even after draining the bowl
- Water passes downstream to the engine despite an apparently full bowl
