Description
Delco Remy 8200434 is a new 39MT starter motor with integrated Over-Crank Protection (OCP) for Detroit Diesel DD13, DD15, and DD16 engines (GHG14 and earlier, 2015 and older — 160-tooth ring gear) and the Mercedes-Benz MBE4000. The 12V, 7.3 kW unit features a rotatable mounting flange, electrical soft-start that engages the pinion before energizing the motor, and a sealed solid-link solenoid that resists contact welding under low-voltage conditions.
