Custom.Die cast chrome with correctly painted inserts, includes tube nuts.Custom design taken from the original 289 running horse emblem for a unique touch with a stock look, die cast and chrome.
Note: in 1968 Ford changed the location of the tail pin to keep the tail from breaking off that plagued the earlier emblems with the pin located near the base of the tail.The new location is mid-tail and measures approximately 2 15/16 to the pin in the horses head.All Ford service parts from 1968 on had this new pin location and all repro running horse fender emblems have it as well.Fenders with the early style pin location will need to be re-drilled for the new tail pin location.
