Description

The Fleetguard CV50633 is the genuine OE crankcase ventilation filter element for Cummins ISX and ISM engines, manufactured by Cummins Filtration. The high-efficiency coalescing element separates oil mist from blow-by gases before they recirculate into the intake, protecting the turbocharger, charge air cooler, and intake manifold from oil contamination. Replaces Cummins 4312011 and 3683918.

Signs You Need a New Crankcase Ventilation Filter

  • Unexplained oil consumption or frequent top-offs
  • Oil residue on turbo inlet piping or intercooler boots
  • Oil leaks at valve cover, rear main seal, or front timing cover
  • Excessive crankcase pressure (oil cap dancing or hissing at idle)
  • “Perform Service” message on dash for emissions maintenance

A clogged CCV filter raises crankcase pressure and can blow seals — replace at the recommended interval.
