HD Value HD5279X is a greasable bearing-plate (BP) style universal joint for 1610-series heavy-duty driveshafts. Direct replacement for Spicer 5-279X and Meritor M279X / CP279X, with matching 1.875 in bearing cap diameter and 5.312 in (134.9 mm) snap-ring span. Ships with a zerk fitting in the cross for in-service lube.
