Repro.Includes top latch mounting plate.3 mounting hole plate and latch is correct style for 65 and will work on 66.We STRONGLY recommend that the latch be lubed at the contact points and pivots prior to installation.White Lithium works well as will other similar lubricants.WD-40 is not a true lubricant!
