Shimrin® Designer Pearls (PBC) are universal basecoats in a simple Factory Pack system that may be cleared for a final finish or used as a base for Kandys or other Pearls. The “C2C” version is Coast-2-Coast compliant, meeting all low VOC regulatory limits, in a solvent-based system.
