Replacement.Black back with window mount.Mount is fixed and cannot be separated from the mirror.9 7/8 x 2 1/2 with non-detactable arm.This mirror comes with a correct straight style windshield mount and foam adhesive.Most current replacement windshields come with the wrong late 70s style tapered mount which is not usable with this mirror.
See 954-2 for correct liquid style adhesive as was originally used.
