A water-based rust remover and zinc phosphate pre-primer metal etch. Use after KBS Klean to prepare the surface for RustSeal Paint Coatings. Effectively dissolves rust, corrosion, metal oxides, and tarnish from most metal surfaces. Ideal for removing rust from chrome surfaces. Ensures strong bond. Made in USA.
Respiratory Protection is required when painting. Not included.
