Professional service tool from Lisle. The 61070 is a double-ended vent cap wrench for Davco chassis-mounted fuel filter canisters, made from high-strength steel with full engagement on the cap. It removes and installs the vent cap on newer Davco housings with large-lobe caps and ratchets.

This is a VENT CAP wrench, not a filter housing wrench — it turns the small vent cap, not the filter collar. For the Davco filter collar itself, Lisle builds the 61170 for 5 in filters, 61180 for 6 in and 61190 for 8 in. Lisle has discontinued this tool at the factory and does not publish a capacity range or drive size for it.
