Direct replacement for Paccar F69-1015-111 with 6-groove (PV6) serpentine clutch, 12V coil, 125 mm rotor, R134a refrigerant, and the SD7 direct-short mount Paccar specifies on factory dash and overhead HVAC systems. Includes the matched 4376-9931 clutch assembly — ready to install and pull a vacuum.
