Premium aftermarket replacement oil pan kit from PAI Industries. The 141344E is a steel pan finished in black with 15 quart capacity, fitting either front or rear sump configurations on Cummins ISB and QSB 4.5L, 5.9L and 6.7L engines. It ships with the M22 x 1.5 drain plug installed and replaces Cummins 2831341.
Signs You Need a New Oil Pan
- Oil dripping or pooling from the lowest point of the engine, heaviest right after shutdown, with a wet film tracking along the pan rail or drain boss
- Visible impact damage — a dent, crease or gouge from road debris, a curb strike or bottoming out
- Stripped or leaking drain plug threads that a new sealing washer will not stop
- Rust-through, pinholes or weeping at the lowest seam or drain boss, common in road-salt regions
- Pan flange no longer flat, with elongated bolt holes, so a fresh gasket starts leaking again within days
