Description
Power Products 23010P SC-1 single (one-way) check valve replaces Haldex KN23010 and Bendix 227870 in heavy-duty truck and trailer air-brake systems. The 3/8″ NPT female inlet and 3/8″ NPT male outlet thread directly into reservoirs and supply lines, sealing in one direction to preserve downstream system pressure if an upstream reservoir, line, or compressor circuit loses air. Overall length is 2.47″.

Applications
This SC-1 check valve is used wherever an air-brake circuit must be isolated from upstream pressure loss:
- Reservoir inlets (primary, secondary, supply tank) on FMVSS-121 trucks and trailers
- Auxiliary air supply circuits feeding suspension, accessory, or PTO loads
- Compressor discharge legs upstream of the air dryer or governor
- Tractor-to-trailer service and emergency line protection points
Verify orientation before installation: arrow / boss on the valve body indicates the direction of free flow. Reversed installation will block the supply.
