Description
Petcocks valves are convenient additions to fluid systems that must be frequently drained. They allow easy, convenient draining of oil coolers, radiators, head exchangers, etc.
This kit allows placing a petcock valve inline with AN fittings. The 1/4″ barb allows a hose to be attached to minimize mess while draining. The drainage valve should always be placed on the lowest hose of the system to ensure all fluid can be drained.
Please note this kit does NOT come assembled. PTFE (Teflon) tape or sealant MUST be applied to the NPT threads before screwing the petcock valve into the fitting, or the assembly will leak.

- Industry standard male and female AN / JIC flared 37-degree sealing surface
- Fitting machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and black anodized
- Fitting threads: AN male flare to AN female with 1/8” NPT port on tee
- Petcock ports: 1/8” NPT to 1/4” barb
- Petcock material: brass with zinc-plated steel wingnut
