- For quick removal of rubber during buzzouts
- Used to remove and texturize rubber around steel cables
- When used properly in place of a tungsten carbide rasp for skiving, it will remove damaged steel cables while not harming good cables
- Use with S1046D dual arbor to periodically change the direction of rotation and extend the life of the brush
