PAI Industries 381861 coolant thermostat for Caterpillar 3116, 3126, 3126B, and C7 engines. Direct replacement for Caterpillar OE 1154223 (also stamped 115-4223), with a 190°F (88°C) opening temperature, 2.125 in outside diameter, and a vented poppet to bleed trapped air during fill.
