Description
Shimrin designer pearls (C2C-PBC) are universal basecoats in a simple factory pack system that may be cleared for a final finish, or used as a base for Kandys or other pearls. The “C2C” version is coast 2 coast compliant, meeting all Low VOC regulatory limits, in a solvent based system.
