PAI 141283 is a 48-quart steel oil pan kit for Cummins ISX 15.0L engines, replacing Cummins OE pan 3690567 (and superseded numbers 3679945, 3680530, 3687414, 4952540) along with pan gasket 4026684. The pan accepts both front and rear sump configurations and ships as a complete assembly with gasket kit, plug kit, drain plug, and installation guide.
