Description
The World American WAK022105 is a high-boost purge valve replacement kit for Bendix AD-IP, AD-IS, and AD-9si air dryers with hard-seat purge. Direct replacement for Bendix K022105 — kit includes the high-boost purge valve assembly, snap ring, large and small O-rings, installation washer, and silicone grease. Restoring the purge valve recovers air-system performance and stops continuous air loss at the dryer.
Signs You Need a New Purge Valve Kit
- Continuous air leak at the air dryer purge port
- Dryer fails to cycle (no audible purge after governor cut-out)
- Compressor running excessively or air pressure recovering slowly
- Moisture and oil discharge at the purge port instead of clean air burst

Use only on hard-seat purge dryers. Do not install on AD-9 soft-seat or AD-2 dryers — incorrect valve geometry will cause continuous air loss. Lubricate O-rings with the included silicone grease before assembly.
