Description
Detroit Diesel 8929387 is the Synchronous Reference Sensor (SRS) on Series 60 11.1L, 12.7L, and 14L engines, mounted to the gear case and reading the camshaft target wheel to provide cylinder identification to the DDEC engine control module. This 2-pin, oval-connector idler-style sensor is a direct aftermarket replacement that crosses to PAI 650665 and Interstate-McBee A-8929387, and pairs with the TRS Timing Reference Sensor (Detroit 8929388) for full crank/cam timing on Series 60 platforms.
