Description
Remanufactured Delphi EX630957 electronic unit injector (EUI) for the Caterpillar 3406E, C15, and C16 14.6L–15.8L engines (1994–2007 mechanical/pre-ACERT architecture). Delphi rebuilds with new actuator assemblies, calibrated nozzles, flow-matching to OE specifications, and 12-month unlimited-mileage warranty. Direct replacement for Caterpillar 10R0957, 10R2781, 10R8501, and the older 0R-prefix CAT reman family.

It does NOT fit C15 ACERT, C15 Twin Turbo, or C13 ACERT — those engines use a different EUI calibration and engine-management strategy. Verify your engine serial number and ACERT/non-ACERT status before ordering. Always replace copper sealing washers and torque per CAT specification.
