OTR PT4000W is a 4-inch round clear back-up lamp with a sealed incandescent bulb and a polycarbonate lens, supplied as a direct replacement for Truck-Lite 40244 in heavy-duty rear lighting circuits. The lamp accepts a grommet or bracket mount, uses a standard female connector, and meets FMVSS 108 white back-up lighting requirements at 12V.
