Description
PAI 336015 is a rear crankshaft seal kit for Caterpillar 3406B, 3406C, 3406E, and C15 engines, replacing CAT 222-3909 / 2223909 and supersession chain 115-4109, 7C3570, and 7C3571. The kit includes the rear main oil seal and a matched crankshaft wear ring (sleeve), so a worn crank journal can be re-surfaced with the wear ring before the new lip seal rides on the fresh sealing surface.
