Premium aftermarket replacement oil pan from PAI Industries. The 841211 is a 25 quart oil pan assembly for Volvo D12 engines, replacing Volvo 20589699. Volvo used more than one pan on the D12, so confirm your engine serial number before ordering.
Signs You Need a New Oil Pan
- Oil dripping or pooling from the lowest point of the engine, heaviest right after shutdown, with a wet film tracking along the pan rail or drain boss
- Visible impact damage — a dent, crease or gouge from road debris, a curb strike or bottoming out
- Stripped or leaking drain plug threads that a new sealing washer will not stop
- Cracked pan or weeping at a seam or mounting flange after a hard bottoming-out
- Pan flange no longer flat, with elongated bolt holes, so a fresh gasket starts leaking again within days

Verify fitment with your engine serial number before ordering. This is a Volvo D12 pan and does NOT fit the D13 or Mack MP8 — that is a different pan. PAI also builds 841210 for the D12 covering Volvo 20702522, 20701982, 20573510 and 20488728; the two D12 pans are not interchangeable, so match your existing Volvo part number rather than the engine name alone.
