Description
The KIT1812 is a roadside / shop truck airline repair kit that bundles DOT-approved Midland Industries brass push-in unions in five common sizes (1/8″, 5/32″, 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″) with replacement nylon air-brake tubing and an air-line cutter. Designed to splice, repair, or extend any 1/8″ through 1/2″ nylon airline on a tractor, trailer, or vocational truck without rebuilding the entire run.

Applications
This repair kit is intended for nylon air-brake and air-system tubing on:
- Class 6–8 highway tractors and vocational trucks (Freightliner, International, Kenworth, Mack, Peterbilt, Volvo, Western Star)
- Trailers and dollies running standard 1/8″ to 1/2″ nylon SAE J844 airline
- School / transit buses, refuse and dump bodies, and other commercial chassis using DOT push-in fittings
Use only with DOT-approved nylon SAE J844 airline. Cut tubing square with the included cutter and seat fully into the union to ensure a leak-free DOT-compliant connection.
