Description
An on-truck DOT-approved airline repair kit for splicing damaged nylon air-brake lines without crimps or special tools. Composite push-to-connect unions in 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, and 5/8″ let a driver cut out the bad section, push each end into a union, and roll. Kit includes lengths of color-matched nylon airline and a tubing cutter.

Applications
Roadside or shop repair of DOT-rated nylon air-brake lines on Class 6–8 tractors, vocational trucks, trailers, dollies, and converter gear. Compatible with any chassis using DOT-approved nylon airline plumbing.
For permanent line repair, use an inline union of the same nominal tube size as the original line. Do not mix imperial and metric tubing in the same fitting. Inspect the spliced repair for leak-down and cycling before returning the unit to service.
